Summary:

Doing more with less is now the comprehensive requirement for public servants across the western world.  Rising defence and capital spending, combined with sluggish economic growth is forcing governments to trim the public service while improving productivity.

Fortunately, the government introduced AI-powered Microsoft 365 CoPilot Chat in order to -  when used in a correct manner - refine and and translate your analytical and strategic thinking into effective writing products.

But CoPilot Chat is no magic wand.  You can only use it for non-sensitive tasks with unclassified information while remaining accountable for the co-created product.  To use CoPilot Chat effectively, you must learn to navigate these constraints and build the necessary skills in strategy, analysis and writing.

This workshop contains three distinct modules.  First, the instructor will demystify CoPilot Chat and identify its limitations while teaching students how it can be harnessed most productively and ethically within the current government framework.  The second module involves reviewing the fundamentals of strategy and analysis using a case study with CoPilot Chat.  The instructor will then teach students how to translate output into effective writing products using CoPilot Chat.  Note: Group registrations may allow for some customization of the course to meet group objectives.
